Vital Master Cleanse Help Arrives!

February 02, 2008 By: Robin Category: Cleanses

By now you’ve probably heard about the Master Cleanse, and how it can cleanse and rejuvenate your body in 10 days.

The results people are getting with the Master Cleanse seem amazing, but there’s something about the Master Cleanse nobody is telling you.

It has nothing to do with the results you’ll get because you CAN see some really amazing things happen to your body in those 10 days you spend on the Master Cleanse.

————————————-
The Master Cleanse Is Not Easy
————————————-

With all the incredible benefits you get by doing the Master Cleanse people are overlooking that it’s kind of hard to stay on it for 10 days.

Even with the excitement of waking up and seeing your belt one notch tighter then the night before, or feeling light and energized all day, staying motivated for the whole 10 days can be hard.

That’s the bad news. The good news is there’s a book that makes the Master Cleanse a little easier.

That’s right, this book will make the 10 days you spend on the Master Cleanse “a little easier”. I wish there was a way to make the Master Cleanse super easy but that’s impossible.

But just by helping you deal with the hunger and some of the other roadblocks that pop up during the Master Cleanse this book has helped ordinary people who might not have lasted a day on the Master Cleanse make it through the entire 10 days.

Copy and paste this link into your browser to find out more about this book. http://WeCanHelp.xhmtl.hop.clickbank.net

PS. I don’t know how long this will last, but right now when you pick up a copy of that Master Cleanse book you’ll also get a report called “Optimizing Your 4 Purification Systems” that can give you similar results to the Master Cleanse. And unlike the Master Cleanse “Optimizing Your 4 Purification Systems” is very easy for anyone to do.

When you go to http://WeCanHelp.xhmtl.hop.clickbank.net you’ll see the “Optimizing Your 4 Purification Systems” report towards the end of the page.

Just copy and paste this link into your browser window. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Internet Marketing for Families

February 02, 2008 By: Robin Category: Uncategorized

This is how I started and you can too!

The Lord worked out an amazing series of events, (nothing unusual about that!) and our family attended an eye-opening conference for families. The focus of the conference was extremely unique - it focused on internet marketing for families. Most of the families there were homeschoolers.

It changed all our lives for the better in ways we had only dreamed about before.

Rhea hosts this amazing conference every year. It is open to anyone. Past speakers have been:

Armand Morin - internet marketing genius and millionaire

John Childers - top-notch speaker trainer

Don Peters - sells high ticket items on eBay

Morgan Westerman - creator of “An Interview with God”

Charlie Tremendous Jones - highly sought after leadership speaker

Mike Enos - super successful eBay marketer

Ray Edwards - very talented copywriter

Richard Paul Evans - wrote 5 Lessons a Millionaire Taught Me

John Hollingsworth - together with Glenn Dietzel tells how to write your e-books

Ali Maadelat - how this 16 year-old has made a fortune on MySpace

Adam Ginsberg - very motivated and motivational speaker on his eBay success

Matt Bacak - a young internet marketing millionaire who loves to share his expertise

-and sooooo many others!

This is always a very family friendly event. Everything is top notch, the speakers are the best in the business, and the price is well within reach of most families.

Check it out here and I hope to see you there!

Weight loss and Acid Reflux

February 01, 2008 By: Robin Category: Healthy Living

This looked like a very interesting article that came across the wires today. The site brings out the point that sometimes acid reflux can be caused by being overweight.

It also explains the difference between heartburn and acid reflux.

Be sure to see your doctor about medical conditions, but remember that losing weight is healthy for the body in general.

Even a small amount of weight loss can bring tremendous benefits to an overly stressed body. Sometimes, the need for medications can be reduced or eliminated simply by losing weight.

You will need to highlight the link, click copy, and paste into your browser. Here is the link to the site:

Update: This link is no longer available. We remove dead links whenever possible to say you time and hassle! Have a great day and a better tomorrow!

3 Tips to Accomplish the Master Cleanse

February 01, 2008 By: Robin Category: Cleanses

3 Rules For Finishing The Master Cleanse

If you are not prepared for what you’ll experience when you do the Master Cleanse there’s a good chance you’ll fail. Typically lasting just 10 days, it’s easy to see why people just “jump right in” to the Master Cleanse thinking it will be easy. It’s not.

During your time on the Master Cleanse you are likely to experience hunger, aches, and irritability. Most people give up because of hunger. Putting solid food aside for a couple days and only drinking liquids is harder then most people think. Even though the cravings for whole foods can be difficult they do subside after a few days on the Master Cleanse.

So rule number 1 for finishing the Master Cleanse is getting past the third day. Instead of focusing on completing the entire 10 days from the onset of the cleanse just focus on getting past day 3. Breaking the Master Cleanse down into smaller milestones will be a big help.

Rule number 2 for finishing the Master Cleanse is dealing with aches and soreness. Headaches are one of the most common Master Cleanse side effects, but some people also get body aches.

To reduce aches you should drink a lot of water. It’s also good to relax and not push your self too hard when you do the Master Cleanse. Exercising should be kept to light walking and stretching. Your body will be going through a rigorous cleansing process during the Master Cleanse, and won’t be able to adequately recover from intense exercise during this time.

Rule number 3 for finishing the Master Cleanse is overcoming irritability. This affects the people around you more then it does yourself, but it’s something you need to be aware of before starting the Master Cleanse.

It’s best to let the people around you know that you’re going to be doing the Master Cleanse ahead of time so they can do their best to accommodate you. Also try to plan your Master Cleanse when you’re not too busy. Most of us can’t just take 10 days off to do the Master Cleanse, but you should try to avoid doing it when you’re swamped at work, or have other stressful events going on in your life.

There’s more to succeeding at the Master Cleanse then I can cover in this small article. If you are serious about trying the Master Cleanse and want to be one of the people who do make it through the whole 10 days the Master Cleanse Secrets book at http://WeCanHelp.xhmtl.hop.clickbank.net is the most complete guide available for helping you get through the Master Cleanse.

What Must You Do to Take Care of Others?

January 31, 2008 By: Robin Category: Healthy Living

Many people were brought up to be caring individuals, to be concerned with the welfare of others and to serve others. After all, the servant is the greatest of all.

All of this is noble, and good, and moral, and decent, and just plain right to do. So - how can the caregiver justify taking care of herself. And I say “herself” simply because most caregivers are women. A caregiver is also frequently a man.

Well, If one does not take care of himself, or herself first, the caregiver will sooner or later find it harder and harder and then next to impossible to take care of anyone else.

So, the lesson here is this. Be balanced. Take care of others. But, along the way, take care of yourself as well. If you have not been in the habit of this, it is well worth the effort to work on this area of your life now. After all, when we take care of ourselves, we usually live longer, healthier, happier, more productive, and satisfying lives. And, the people we care for - our spouse, our children, our grandchildren, our friends and neighbors - all need us to have and be and do those things. What is good for us is good for them as well.

So, remember that this is the first day of the rest of your life. Prepare to make some happy changes.

First, allow special time for yourself on a regular basis. Pray, meditate, read a book for enjoyment.

Second, take time, make time, to exercise on a daily basis. Research abounds on the benefits of this, and your own body will concur, once given the chance to experience healthy movement.

Third, learn to say “No” when it is appropriate. Learn to graciously refuse to take on more than you can really handle well. Learn to delegate. How much of what you do now is something that someone else could or should be doing, or can easily be taught to do?

We sometimes hear or tell others to “Take care.” That really is just short for “Take care of yourself.” Great advice, don’t you agree?

That is it for now. Take Care! (grin!)

Diet Confusion Cleared Up

January 30, 2008 By: Robin Category: Diets

Okay. How many times has someone told you that they are “going on a diet”? We have all said that, Right?

However, the word “diet” simply refers to what we normally eat. It does not have to mean a restriction of food quantity or type. So, we do not have to groan when we hear the word!

Dieting does not have to mean doing without! What good news! Since our diet refers to what we normally eat, each of us is “on a diet”!

I chose to say, I am watching what I eat. Now, I know the joke comes to your mind about the “seafood diet.” When, I see food (seafood) I eat it! Haha!

Yes, this whole “diet thing” can be fun! Just decide it is, and it is!

Master Cleanse Secrets

January 30, 2008 By: Robin Category: Cleanses

Okay. Most of us spend time on a regular basis cleaning our homes. We do some daily cleaning, some weekly, some monthly, and some seasonal, or yearly. We dust, scrub, sort, and eliminate the excess.

That process helps to keep our homes inviting, and functioning properly. Makes sense.

Well, our bodies need similar care.  It is obvious to most people that we need to take a bath and brush our teeth on a regular basis. But, we also need to be concerned about regular cleaning out of “sludge” on the inside of our bodies.

Our bodies are wonderful creations, but we can tear them down little by little when we don’t do some cleaning on the inside.

The Master Cleanse is not really a diet, though it is sometimes referred to as the Lemondade Diet.  It is a temporary dietary change that assists our bodies with elimination of buildup of toxins and waste.

It is difficult sometimes to stick to this very simple plan. I highly encourage you to check out this site for some help with following this highly effective and inexpensive way to revitalize your body.

Your body will thank you for it!

Tip for Day 2

January 29, 2008 By: Robin Category: Daily Tips

Resolve that you will NOT drink pop, or soda, depending on which part of our great country you hail from, any more!

That includes diet pop, and pop with out caffeine, as well as all the high sugar stuff. Studies have shown that diet pop is worse than regular, and they are all poison to our bodies.

Hydrate your precious body with pure water instead!

You can do it!
