Diet Confusion Cleared Up
Okay. How many times has someone told you that they are “going on a diet”? We have all said that, Right?
However, the word “diet” simply refers to what we normally eat. It does not have to mean a restriction of food quantity or type. So, we do not have to groan when we hear the word!
Dieting does not have to mean doing without! What good news! Since our diet refers to what we normally eat, each of us is “on a diet”!
I chose to say, I am watching what I eat. Now, I know the joke comes to your mind about the “seafood diet.” When, I see food (seafood) I eat it! Haha!
Yes, this whole “diet thing” can be fun! Just decide it is, and it is!

Robin, this is so true. Not only is what we eat our diet, healthy or not, but it is something we need to keep a sense of humor about.
God created great foods for us to eat. Man created much junk and altered most of the great food. It is still out there for our consumption, we just have to decide it is worth the effort.
I know when I eat more raw foods, I feel so much better. Now, to do it consistently.

There are a lot of good health foods, and a few that are hard to take. As an adventurous person I like trying new kinds of food.
I’d like to see you write more about them in the future… I wrote an article on a Japanese food called Natto by the way… If you want, you can check it out.
Regards!
