Knowing What You Eat Could Scare You!

One aspect of diet and weight loss that we cannot neglect to pay attention to relates to the quality and types of food that we put into our bodies to fuel them. We all know the computer lingo “GIGO.” Garbage in, garbage out. It only makes sense. You know that.

A person whose diet only, or mainly includes healthy food and drink choices, generally has a much higher quality of life than someone who eats junk food, or even so-called healthy foods from unsafe, or unsanitary sources.

Can we really trust the government to make wise food choices for us and for our families? You will have to decide that for yourself.

Personally, I believe that we each need to be vigilant in this very important area of nutrition as it relates to our health.
