I love to eat. I love to try new foods. I sometimes eat to stay awake and I sometimes eat “comfort foods.”

I am currently on a mission to improve my health and my life through diet and exercise.

Five pounds of extra weight isn’t much, is it? But, when you consider that for the past 18 years I have gradually added “only” five pounds a year, OUCH! That really DOES hurt.

So, like you, I realize that a healthy weight is not all about the foods we eat - it is also very connected to our level of physical fitness and exercise.

Most importantly, we are all here because we recognize the importance of making some changes so that we can be healthier, live longer, and be more satisfied with our lives.

Together, we CAN encourage one another and become a part of a caring community of people who desire to make lasting improvements in our lives.
